Birmingham (9-7) at Louisville (12-4) The Stallions beat the Boars 40-13 in week 11. WR Kevin Ogletree lit up Birmingham's secondary for 176 yards and 3 scores. OT Calvin Armstrong did allow 2 sacks for Louisville so DE Ogunleye could have a big game. The Boars QB Brian Griese struggled completing only 17 of 50 passes. He was picked off twice in that game. Louisville 35-24 Columbus (10-6) at Washington (11-5) The Americans outlasted the Explorers 31-24 in a close game in week 4. Washington QB Patrick Ramsey had 2 TD passes while throwing for 255 yards. TB Kevin Jones paced Columbus with 117 rushing yards while averaging 6.8 ypc. Brooks Bollinger replaced JP Losman at QB for the Explorers after a 1st quarter injury. Losman is 100% now. Columbus 27-24 Los Angeles (8-8) at Sacramento (14-2) The Owls won both matchups this season with the Knights by an average of 29 points. Ken Dorsey completed 38 of 58 for 591 yards and 7 scores in the two contests. Conversely QB Pat White has thrown 7 picks while completing only 41% of his 92 attempts. In one game OT Jason Fabini allowed Sacramento's Jerome McDougle to sack White three times. Can the two time Champs turn the tables? QB Byron Leftwich led Sin City with 5 TDs and 532 passing yards in the two games. QB Brad Gradkowski managed only 1 TD in those two games while throwing 4 interceptions.
